Templates are now available for the camera-ready 4-page manuscript. A 4-page, two-columned extended abstract (full paper) with A4 page size is required for the IWCE proceeding.
Please remind that the manuscript will be printed with black and white in the conference proceedings, yet it
will appear in color on the CD distributed both at the conference. Templates are also available at the IEEE website (Please use A4 page size).

Please fill the Copyright Tranfer Form with your signature and necessary information before you upload the scanned version of filled form.
You can find the author instructions on the IEEE website, and submit the Copyright Tranfer Form and the extended abstract through the link of "Submit Paper and Copyright" on the left column of the IEEE webpage. The conference ID will be: iwce09. More instructions can be found on the author instruction page. If you have problems with uploading,
