The invited/regular presentation will be 35/18 minutes long including Q&A. We will provide a PC and an LCD projector. A speaker can use their own PC if that is preferred. However, we suggest that a backup of the presentation be kept on a USB flash/jump drive in case there is glitch with the PC. We do not require any sort of background colors, but it is preferable to use light lettering on dark backgrounds as it is easier to read.
The speakers will be asked to submit their slides during the registration.
The purpose of a poster board is to provide substantial visual material and self-contained explanation of your work that attendees can quickly get an overview of your work. The emphasis should be on good graphics and large print, brief explanations, and tables, etc.
The size of the poster board should be no larger than 1m(W)X1.2m(H) .
